Morgan learned how to shake!
This old dog doesn't mind learning new tricks! One day I was on my evening walk and ran into a lady who stopped to pet Morgan. Morgan sat down and the lady tried to get Morgan to shake her hand, but Morgan just ignored her... until the lady said, "Morgan, shake!" Morgan immediately turned her head to look at the lady and shook like a good puppy. How cute.

How can an apartment complex maximize its profits? If you guessed "pay expensive plumbers to do stupid work instead of lending a wrench," then you win!
Hi Robin, Do you have a monkey wrench I can borrow? The drain under my kitchen sink is clogged up but I have no wrench with a diameter large enough to take off the pipe. Thanks, David --- Hi David, I can't let you borrow a wrench, but I can have Joe, our contractor, stop by today if you are home. Is there a good time for him to stop by?
